CONSULAR ASSISTANT
Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Bachelor’s degree from a University
  • Excellent communication skills in writing and spoken English. Person who can speak

    and understand Korean Language will be an advantage
    Experience in Embassy work, VISA related work would be preferable
    Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Deliver the required outcome within the stipulated time period
  • Accuracy and good attention to detail when accomplishing a task
    Job Description
  • Advising customers on their applications for consular services, the documents they need to provide etc, by phone, email and in person.
  • Checking documents and following up with applicants regarding missing documents for decision by the higher officer.
  • Maintaining excellent files on all of the above and compiling annual statistics on services & assistance provided.
  • Other duties as may assigned from time to time.
    Salary and Allowance
    A basic salary (About USD 400 with EPF and ETF benefits plus overtime payment, annual bonus and year end evaluation bonus-maximum) will be decided according to the candidate’s qualification and experience after the interview.
