VACANCY – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Six T2 Logistics is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, offering services for overseas and local businesses. Our client, based in Australia, is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic team player for the position of Accounts Assistant, by working remotely to support their finance team.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Part qualified in AAT/CIMA/CMA or any other qualification related to the commercial field preferred. Computer literacy (MS office suite)
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles
A good command in English verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and maintain high level of accuracy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
.
Maintenance of financial records including Ledgers, Cash Books, Registers to deliver accurate financial statements within specified and agreed timelines, to ensure accuracy and completeness in recording financial data.
Assist in processing accounts payables and accounts receivable and timely follow up on outstandings.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements/reports and summaries as required.
Assist in compiling financial data for budget preparation and for tax / audit purposes.
REMUNERATION
An attractive remuneration package will be offered.
