JOB VACANCY: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administration Assistant to support our Human Resources Department. This role requires someone who can handle sensitive and confidential information. manage correspondence and documentation, and assist with travel arrangements, including visa and ticketing.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the HR Department, ensuring the confidentiality of all HR activities and employee information.
Draft and prepare official letters, memos, and other documents as required.
Manage visa application processes, including gathering necessary documentation. liaising with embassies, and ensuring timely submissions.
Handle travel arrangements, including ticket booking. itinerary planning, and coordination with travel agencies to secure favorable rates.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, interviews, and HR events.
Provide support in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Handle general office duties, such as answering phones. responding to emails, and filing.
Qualifications:
A degree in Business Administration. Human Resources, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in an administrative role. ideally within an HR setting. Strong communication and letter drafting skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities. Discretion and confidentiality are paramount in this role. Experience in handling visa and travel arrangements.
