ADMIN OFFICER
LOCATION – AMPARA AND KOTTMALE
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Asset Engineering (Pvt) Ltd, a distinguished CS1 graded and ISO Certified company in Sri Lanka, boasts a rich legacy in the field of Civil Engineering. We hold a pivotal role in major construction endeavors across the nation with ongoing projects all over the country. We are on the lookout for seasoned, dynamic, goal-driven, resourceful, and self-motivated individuals to join our team immediately.
Arranging suitable accommodation facilities for site staff involved in new projects.
Preparing and signing tenancy agreements. Managing the handover of houses at the end of the tenancy agreement.
Seeking an appropriate meal supplier for the site staff involved in new projects.
Notifying relevant departments to prevent delays in house rent and meal supplier payments.
Conduct visits to sites across the island at least one time per month.
Managing refundable deposits
Officially inform and coordinate with the relevant departments to address all site welfare issues.
Offering necessary assistance in the preparation of site employee payroll.
Completing any other tasks assigned by HR management.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Diploma in HR and Admin related or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Admin Officer
• Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
• Solid knowledge of office procedures
  Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
