Job Profile

• Perform outbound calling on past due accounts and negotiate payments
• Provide online support on queries related to recoveries
• Follow up with customers and sending reminders when needed
• Maintain records of all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Identify customer needs & provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain cordial relationships with customers
  Eligibility
  Friendly and outgoing personality with good command of Sinhala, English or Tamil
• Ideal candidate should be between 20 – 25 years
  Ability to work under pressure
  Be a Self-motivated individual with good interpersonal skills
  ■ Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  ■ Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity, preferably in the Finance Industry
