OptiMantra is a growing practice management platform that helps integrative and wellness practitioners in the US and Canada manage their businesses in a comprehensive, easy-to-use, online system. It caters to the unique needs of different modalities including urgent and primary care, naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), chiropractice, massage therapy, nutrition and diet, nurse practitioners, mental health and more. Within the system, these practices can coordinate their workflows in one place, from online appointment scheduling and calendar management, to sending patient intake forms and charting, to taking payment, managing insurance, and tracking inventory.

  Sales Support Associate
• Primary Job Responsibilities
  Create demo trials in the OptiMantra CRM and track the progression of demos through the pipeline. Email and interface with prospective customers around onboarding and product questions.
• Manage basic account set-up for prospective customers in paid onboarding, including but not limited to setting up their data and forms, and longer-term leading onboarding calls. Address customer product and onboarding support cases as needed.
  Prepare customer-facing reference materials if/as needed.
• Education and Experience
  Great written and oral English.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills and a willingness to challenge yourself and learn what you don’t already know.
  A process improvement and a customer-service mindset.
• Strong comfort with technology including knowledge of scheduling tools, excel, or any database technologies.
  Prior experience with EMR/practice management platforms or working at a help desk, in IT, or in a clinic/medical office.
