Position: Officer- Customer Satisfaction (Planning) Location: Sri Lanka Branch
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
CS System enhancements based on field requirements
Closely monitoring functional tasks and prepare management reports timely manner
Work closely with business team to capture and plan business requirements
Prioritizing initiatives based in business needs and requirements
Provide status update reports and escalate to management as and when required
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Management, Engineering or other related areas
Minimum one years of experience in handling operations and data analysis. Excellent in MS Excel & PowerPoint
Fluent English and Sinhala both oral and written (Tamil is a plus)
Strong organizational skills, Analytical Skills & Problem solving attitudes Dependable Management and Leadership qualities
