Our client is a fast growing IT solutions providing company in Sri Lanka which is operating over 12 years. They are looking for a female candidate to join with their team
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls.
- Provide
full administrative and secretarial support at a junior level to the Directors. - Co-ordinate required company & personal documentation with the company finance department and obtain required director signatures on time.

Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments. Booking and arranging transport and accommodation. Organizing events and conferences. Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Requirements - Professional qualification/Educational qualification in the related field.
be - Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal assistant would advantageous.
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software.
Ability to manage internal and external correspondence.
Ability to take own initiative and manage workload effectively. - Good level of written English (will be required to write emails when requested to follow up things for the directors). • Must be willing to help with personal errands if requested.
- Knowledge of MS Office Package • Females between 25
