Customer Care Officer – Call Center

Job Scope
The call center agent is primarily involved in receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls to all internal and external customers. Working closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to company’s customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with our products and services. Call center duties and responsibilities of agents may be much more versatile and include a wider range of tasks beyond simply handling phone calls.
Qualifications & Experience:
✓G.C.E. Ordinal Level and/or G. C. E. Advanced Level
✓ Minimum 1 year previous experience in the field of Customer Care / Call Center / Telemarketing, preferably in the Motor insurance would be a distinct advantage.
✓ Candidates without experience and are self-confident in performing the above up to a satisfactory level will also be considered.
Ability to communicate clearly & professionally in Sinhala & English. (Knowledge in Tamil language will be an added advantage.)
✓ Ability to work in a computerized environment.
✓ Well conversant in Telephone Etiquette.
✓ Ability work on roster basis including weekends is a must
Location: Colombo (Head Office)
