  • Assist customer with product inquiries, after-sales support and warranty claiming process related problems.
  • Communicate effectively in multiple languages, ensuring positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent
    customer service.
  • Ensuring Effective and Consistent communication throughout with the customer, encouraging feedback and customer insight in order to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure to submit/present Management Information System (MIS) reports to superior office on a regular/monthly basis.
