Post Of Quality Checker
SCOPE OF THE JOB
The Quality checker will be responsible to ensuring the quality of manufactured products and maintaining high standards in meet requirements using tools and guidelines. Monitoring operations to ensure that they meet production standards. These efforts will have fulfilled timely, and in accordance with the Operating Standards of House of Fashions
Job Duties & Responsibilities
■ Product Inspection
Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Documentation
Maintain accurate records of quality checks and report any deviations or defects. ■Communication
Collaborate with warehouse staff and communicate any quality-related concerns. Quality Assurance
Implement and uphold quality assurance procedures to enhance overall warehouse efficiency.
Quality (local delivery’s) and accuracy check which dispatch items from the warehouse
■ Collaboration
Work closely with the warehouse team to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes. Adherence to Standards:
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
Provide input on improving quality checking processes and contribute to overall warehouse improvement initiatives.
Skills
Attention to Detail: Thorough examination of products to identify any defects or issues. Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and report quality findings.
Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet quality checking deadlines.
■ Problem Solving: Proactive in addressing quality issues and finding solutions.
■ Team Player: Collaborate with other warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in garment manufacturing.
Previous experience in quality checking or a related field is preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
Strong communication and organizational skills
