OFFICE ADMIN ASSISTANT (Female)
Responsibilities:
• To deal with customs, BOI and other local authorities on all Imports related activities and provide best solution to the company.
• Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders & relevant authorities and arrange all import shipments in most cost- effective way.
• Arrange All import shipment document compliance with custom and BOl rules and regulations.
• Provide needful assistant to Purchasing Department for material import activities an and when needed. Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity. Thorough knowledge of import procedures related to Customs, BOI and other local authorities.
• Professional Qualification in recognize institution.
• Ability to work in a computerized environment (Excel/Word/System handling)
Having Experience in Quick Books will be an added advantage.
• Fluency in verbal and written English Language is a must. Should have excellent communication skills.
