Job Title – ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Vacancy for Homagama, Panagoda Factory
Job Responsibilities
Function as a member of the company Accounts team.
Handling and be responsible for Accounting functions assigned by the management.
Preparing VAT schedules & files.
Handling of Local purchases” Maintain Stock records and demand new stocks as per reorder
cycle.
Handling of Raw Materials records and purchases (Local & Overseas) as per reorder cycle.
Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Expected Qualification
Following AAT or similar any other professional course will be an added advantage.
Minimuml to 2 years of Experience in Similar b Role.
Knowledge in Taxes (VAT & SSCL) will be an added advantage.
Sound knowledge in Excel and QuickBooks, is a must.
Should be able to correspondent with overseas suppliers with Via Emails.
Ability to meet deadlines and response in a timely and Professional Manner.
